Relationship Coaching

Relationships come in many forms and play a huge role in dictating the quality of our lives. Healthy relationships are a key ingredient to happiness and success. Relationship issues are found in family, romance, friendships, and also at work.
Romantic relationships can provide exponential happiness but when they run into problems then the pain can be unbearable. We all have an endless need to be loved and accepted by our loved ones and those around us. Unfortunately when relationships hit obstacles and core needs are not met things can turn sour and over time go from bad to worse. What was once an unbreakable attraction becomes a feeling of disconnection, riddled with conflict, blaming, ignoring; a feeling of loss and resentment. Sexual activity stops and focus starts to point outside of the relationship altogether. Betrayal risks run high and people live an unhappy, unfulfilled relationship, staying together for the sake of the kids or saving embarrassment to the family; whereas all they really want is a way out of it.
That is a bad option if you have not first explored repairing your relationship with professional coaching. Separation should only be a last resort. Ask anybody that has been through a tough divorce; they will admit that the process leaves both parties with physical, emotional and financial damage.
Relationship Coaching can be completed on your own because a relationship is a living thing. As you discover more about yourself and make positive changes, these will automatically affect those that you interact with around you. Often, initially reluctant spouses or family members later agree to join into coaching sessions when they start to see the positive changes in the first person.
Most of the strategies also apply if you have already decided to start a new life alone, but want to learn how to ensure more success in your next relationship.
Through Relationship Coaching you will:
- Implement the time and the safety to open up and start to reconnect.
- Explore expectations, beliefs, values and rules.
- Understand what went wrong, and learn how to build a bridge to repair it.
- Resolve conflict and heal hurt. Restore connection and trust.
- Set a new plan for your future as you again begin to enjoy WE instead of only ME.

It is unavoidable to have a serious issue in one area of your life and for it not to affect another area. Therefore, it doesn’t matter which sector of relationship you are working on (family, romance, friends, or work) – once you improve one area, there is a natural ripple effect that automatically improves the others.
In fact, this is one of the best joys for me as a coach in relationship coaching, as I know that when I begin to coach just 1 or 2 people in a case, I am ultimately improving things for others at the same time!
