If you have read the page on Online Coaching, then you will know how the coaching industry has changed dramatically since the introduction of the internet and video calls etc.

However, some people still have a desire to receive their coaching in a ‘One to One’ or ‘Face to Face’ setting. I still include this style of coaching in my business. I offer 1:1 coaching to anybody in the Asian region.

Sessions can be conducted at my location or subject to travelling time and costs – I am also willing to deliver coaching at your location. All that is required is a private and quiet room.

Most coaches now offer a free introductory session.

This serves two main purposes:

•  For you the client it allows you the opportunity to meet your prospective coach, ask questions and to get the feel of how a full one on one based coaching session will be.

• For the coach it allows him/her the opportunity to meet the perspective client, hear about their issues and decide if there is scope for them to be able to offer the client the help that they need.
